Executive Compensation

It is illegal to terminate someone’s employment based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, or other protected class. If you believe your membership in a protected class played a role in your termination, you can seek assistance.

Discrimination in the workplace based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, or any other type of protected class is illegal, and you have the right to take legal action.

Family and Medical Leave Act

If your employer denies you the unpaid, job-protected leave you are owed, you can seek legal action.

Hostile Work Environment

If you are in a hostile work environment filled with discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, or another protected class, you can seek legal representation as a solution.

Mediation & Arbitration

If you are in a legal battle where you as the plaintiff or defendant have the opportunity to settle out of court in a private legal discussion, whether it be through mediation or arbitration, our attorneys can lead you and help protect your best interests.

Overtime

If you worked over 40 hours in one work week and are eligible for overtime pay, you are owed 1.5x your typical rate of pay for the additional hours you worked. If you are not, you can seek out these lost wages through legal action.

Retaliation

You have the right to take legal action against an employer or fellow employee who subjects you to discrimination or a hostile work environment. If your employer retaliates against you for doing this, you can seek greater legal action.

Sexual Harassment

It is illegal for someone to make unwanted sexual comments or physical interactions with you without your consent.
