Executive Compensation

Mediation & Arbitration

Overtime

If you worked over 40 hours in one work week and are eligible for overtime pay, you are owed 1.5x your typical rate of pay for the additional hours you worked. If you are not, you can seek out these lost wages through legal action.

Retaliation

You have the right to take legal action against an employer or fellow employee who subjects you to discrimination or a hostile work environment. If your employer retaliates against you for doing this, you can seek greater legal action.

Sexual Harassment
